Our impact on local communities

For over 25 years, Kent Community Foundation has been dedicated to building stronger, more resilient communities across Kent and Medway. As a trusted grant maker, we connect generous donors with local charities and grassroots community groups, ensuring funding reaches where it matters most. Our grants support vital projects - helping vulnerable young people, older adults, improving mental health, and tackling social isolation. Every donation is invested strategically to deliver measurable impact and create lasting positive change for communities across Kent and Medway.

It was funding via Kent Community Foundation that first established our Older Men's Shed, and without this and additional support for other projects since, we wouldn't still be here, so thank you for enabling us to achieve this award and feel part of this achievement with us.
